If you are going to be having a swimming pool, you are REQUIRED to apply for a building permit. This only applies if the pool is at least 24 inches deep with a surface area of at least 250 square feet.
You must also have a self-closing and self - latching enclosure. This enclosure should not be less than 4 feet nor more than 6 feet.
Before filling your new pool, get the initial meter read. After you are done filling the pool, get the final meter read. Call the office with both of these reads and we will give you a ONE TIME (ever) discount on your sewer. This discount only applies for brand new pools and can only get once at a residence.
