New residents utility work sheet
Apply for water service at the City office, 715 Lincoln Road.
-- Please do this at least a few days before you move in. The water application may be printed and completed before you come to the office.
-- Be prepared to pay a deposit at the time of sign up. If you are a renter, your deposit will be $100.00. If you are a buyer, your deposit will be $50.00. Water service can not be provided without payment of the deposit.
FOR ALL WATER USERS:
---Water bills go out on or around the first of every month. If you do not receive it that first full week of the month, please call the office.
----All bills are due on the 20th of the month. After the 20th, there is a 10% penalty fee. You have till the last day of the month to pay the bill. If bills are not paid by the end of the month, water will be shut off on the first working day of the next month.
---If your payment is not received before 9:00 am on shut off day, an Administrative fee of $25.00 will be added to your account.
---If your service has been shut off, an additional $25.00 turn on fee will be added to your account .
---If your service has been shut off and you opt to get the service turned back on after hours, you will receive the above fees as well as an additional $25.00 after hours fee.
--- IF YOU CALL THE OFFICE *****BEFORE***** SHUT OFF DAY TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE $25.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE!!!

According to our City Ordinance, before we can accept a deposit and turn on water/sewer service, the previous owner/renter's bill must be paid in full.
The City does not provide garbage service.

30 days from the day you sign up for water to pay your MH vehicle license fee to the City Office.
